Gamora IPTV - Terms Of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gamora IPTV mobile application (“Gamora IPTV,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Gamora IPTV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.

1. About Gamora IPTV

Gamora IPTV is a media-player application that allows users to add and play their own IPTV playlists and compatible media streams.

Gamora IPTV is not an IPTV provider.

The application does not provide, sell, host, distribute, or guarantee access to television channels, IPTV subscriptions, movies, series, sports broadcasts, or other third-party media content.

2. User-Provided Content

Gamora IPTV may allow you to add:

IPTV playlists
M3U or M3U8 playlists
Stream URLs
Compatible media sources
Other supported playlist information

You are solely responsible for the content and sources that you add to the application.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, permission, authorization, or license necessary to access and use the content through Gamora IPTV.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must not use Gamora IPTV to access, stream, reproduce, distribute, download, or otherwise use copyrighted content without the appropriate authorization.

Gamora IPTV does not authorize or encourage copyright infringement, unauthorized streaming, piracy, or circumvention of content-protection systems.

If you use a third-party IPTV service, you are responsible for ensuring that the service and content are legally available to you.

4. Third-Party Services

Gamora IPTV may interact with third-party IPTV providers, streaming servers, playlists, external media players, or other services.

These services are not controlled by Gamora IPTV.

We are not responsible for:

Buffering
Channel availability
Playlist accuracy
Content provided by third parties
Third-party service interruptions

5. No Content Guarantee

Gamora IPTV does not guarantee that any particular channel, playlist, stream, movie, series, broadcast, or other media content will be available.

Content may stop working or become unavailable because of:

Expired playlists
Provider restrictions
Geographic restrictions
Network problems
Copyright restrictions
Third-party service changes
Internet connectivity
Technical failures
6. Internet Connection

Gamora IPTV requires an internet or compatible network connection for online streaming and playlist-related functionality.

You are responsible for:

Your internet connection
Mobile data charges
Wi-Fi charges
IPTV provider charges
Third-party subscription charges
Any other costs associated with accessing third-party content
7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gamora IPTV to:

Gamora IPTV may support playback through compatible external media-player applications.

When you choose to use an external player, you are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of that external application.

Gamora IPTV does not control or guarantee the behavior, security, availability, or functionality of external applications.

9. Application Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Gamora IPTV at any time.

Features may change as Android versions, device capabilities, third-party services, or technical requirements change.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

10. Updates

We may release updates to Gamora IPTV to:

Every stream will be available
Streaming will be free from buffering

The application will be compatible with every device

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamora IPTV and its developer shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:

Third-party IPTV services
User-provided playlists
Unauthorized or illegal content
Copyright infringement committed by users
Third-party applications
Network failures
Internet service interruptions
Device problems
Loss of locally stored application data
Third-party service changes or interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of Gamora IPTV and for all playlists, URLs, streams, and content that you access through the application.

You should only access content that you are legally entitled to access.
